Free Angels International controls the data used in this journey. Name and email enable purchase delivery; phone and country are optional. The 135 answers are sent to the server only upon completion for the official calculation and are not stored there as raw answers.

Authorization to store the full report and authorization for pastoral contact are separate choices. Declining either does not alter scoring or prevent delivery of the purchase.

Minimal records of the purchase, acknowledgments, contractual confirmation, material supply and cancellation requests are used to perform the contract and demonstrate performance and the parties' rights. They contain neither raw answers nor the full report. For the defence of contractual rights, they are kept with restricted access for up to six years after the purchase or request; unpaid checkout requests expire after 30 days. Optional follow-up authorisations remain separate.

Payment, hosting, storage, and email may involve Stripe, Cloudflare, and the configured email provider. We use restricted administrative access, secure connections, and data minimization. No system removes all risk.

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, withdrawal of authorization, and deletion where applicable. Withdrawal stops future use; records required for legal duties, purchase security, or the defence of rights may be kept only as necessary.

Assessment terms of use

Beyond the Masks is a Christian educational, pastoral, and self-understanding resource. The result is a self-report-based hypothesis; it is not a medical or psychological diagnosis, a professional opinion, or a promise of transformation.

Each package purchase permits one completion. Close results trigger nine additional scenarios; if distinction remains insufficient, the system does not release a specific type until the answers are reviewed.

• Answer for yourself and use the same email address entered at payment.
• Do not attempt to tamper with scoring, access, or materials.
• The report is personalized from calculated measures and patterns, not from an individual clinical interpretation of every answer.
• If you experience serious distress or risk, stop and seek qualified help or local emergency services.

Digital content, delivery and withdrawal

The assessment will be available immediately after payment is confirmed.

The complete package includes the online assessment, personalised report, workbook for the confirmed type and General Personality Guide. One payment allows one valid completion. Report and workbook delivery depend on a sufficiently clear result; a type will not be invented to complete a purchase.

For distance purchases governed by UK or EU rules, the general cooling-off period is 14 days from entering into the contract, subject to statutory exceptions. The service withdrawal right may end after full performance, with an express request for early performance and prior acknowledgment of that loss. The withdrawal right for digital content supplied without a physical medium may end when supply begins, with prior express consent, acknowledgment of the loss and contractual confirmation in a form that can be retained.

Accepting the terms, obtaining immediate access or completing the assessment does not, by itself, remove statutory withdrawal rights. Any end to that right depends on meeting the requirements of applicable law; accepting these terms does not replace express consent where it is required. Incomplete delivery or an inconclusive result will not be treated as full package performance.

Where the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code applies, its seven-day right from signing or receipt of the product or service is preserved, as required by Article 49 and the applicable starting point. Requests for immediate performance and acknowledgments of loss do not remove that right. In other markets, applicable mandatory rights prevail. Language, currency or connection location alone does not determine applicable law.

To exercise a withdrawal right that still exists, submit a declaration using the cancellation form on this page or email alemdasmascaras@freeangelsinternational.org, identifying your name, email and purchase. No reason is required. In the UK and EU, refunds due for withdrawal are made within 14 days of notification; in Brazil, the Code's immediate repayment rule applies. We use the original payment method unless a lawful alternative is agreed, without a repayment fee.

Valid loss of the change-of-mind withdrawal right does not remove rights concerning faults, non-delivery or content that differs from its description. If there is a problem or an inconclusive result, contact the team for an appropriate remedy and a refund where legally due. Do not change answers merely to force a type. These conditions do not offer an additional commercial satisfaction guarantee or universal refund guarantee.

These conditions are subject to the legislation and cancellation and return rules applicable in each country. No additional change-of-mind refund guarantee applies once the withdrawal right has validly ended.
